Christmas Time
Dear visitors,
We inform you that our tasting room is open every day in this Christmas period:
9-12a.m and 1.30-6.30pm
We are closed:
25.12/26.12/01.01.2020
We will exceptionnaly close at 4 pm on 24th and 31 december.
We are open !
We inform you that our wine tasting cellar will be open today and the weekend 1 and 2 june at the usual hours: 9AM-12AM 1:30PM-6:30PM
High Environmental Value
Our estate is now labelled “High environmental Value” estate!
What is it?
It is the highest level of generalised scheme for the environmental certification of farms or wine estates.
We promote environment friendly practices, in four areas:
- biodiversity conservation
- plant protection strategy
- managed fertiliser use
- water ressource management

Christmas time at Léon Baur Winery
Léon Baur invite you for a visit of the traditional cave, a degustation and advice about Christmas theme.
In our authentic cave we will taste some appetizers with a selection of our wines : Sparkling Wine, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Vintage years in a warm ambiance of Christmas.
This event will spend in december all Fridays and Saturdays at 16 PM ( go to 7 december)

The Christmas Market is coming !
In Eguisheim, you will discover the traditional Christmas Market with beautiful decoration, lighting, in an authentic atmosphere .
The Christmas market in Eguisheim is open every day between the 1 December and 23 December.
If you want to offer a nice gift, or for your Christmas dishes ,we will welcome you every day in the tasting cellar. You will spend a fairy moment with us.
