Clepsydre is composed by 50% Muscat and 50% Gewurztraminer, from Eguisheim. The grapes are picked up by hand and there is maceration of the berries for 1 month.

This maceration permits to extract tanins and anti-oxydants from the skin of the grapes, but also the aromas. Particularly, you have blood orange notes and also litchee aromas on the noise. The mouth is structured and fruity, and the entire wine and even the finish is harmonious.
