Muscat and Asparagus of Alsace : the perfect match !

Spring is coming ! It’s time to appreciate the Muscat of Eguisheim with the local asparagus

Muscat d’Eguisheim 2016

Contrairement à son cousin du sud de la France, le Muscat d’Alsace est sec mais reste tout aussi puissant aromatiquement.

Unlike to the cousin from South of France, the Muscat of Alsace is dry and powerful.

Very intense, this Muscat 2016 have honeysuckle, acacia and peach aromas. This wine will be perfect in aperitif or with grilled fish moreover the asparagus !
