Limited private collection – Tokay Pinot Gris 1998

For Christmas and New year eve, Caroline Baur suggests you her cuvée “Caroline” 1998 produced with Pinot Gris.

This wine with a golden color has beeswax, honey and quince aromas in mounth and nose. Very intense, this wine is persistant. It is a very well balanced wine.

This wine is good pairing for starter a dinner, with a foie gras or alone for pleasure.

Christmas time in Eguisheim

Currently it is the Christmas time in our town of Eguisheim.

Come to enjoy the decoration, the light and the magic of Advent in the Christmas market opened from 24 november to 23 december.

Our tasting cellar is opened everyday from 9.00 am to 12.00 am and 1.30 to 6.30 pm ( except the 25 and 26 december).

We are off for the harvest !

We have started the harvest under a beautiful sunshine for pick the new vintage.

Further to the frost in spring and to the hydric stress, the crop will be low. But the grapes are beautiful, sweet and wholesome.

This vintage 2017 looks promising !

Come to taste our new vintange at the wine-tasting cellar in Eguisheim from 9.00 pm to 12.00 pm and 13.30 am to 18.30 am every day.

Fête des Vignerons 2017

We invite you on August 26th&27th to the 57th Fête des Vignerons in Eguisheim.

You will be able to taste our wines in a very  festive and musical air, from 3:00pm Saturday.

Holiday Cottage “Le Victoria”, 4*

After a renovation this winter, our holiday cottage “Le Victoria” is now modernized and redecorated.

After the control visit, it is now classified as a 4* cottage.

Guided cellar visits

Our guided cellar visits begin for the season. Every Wednesday and Thursday at 4:00pm. It’s free and by reservation.

You will appreciate the old wood tanks which are more than 100 years old and learn a lot about the winegrower’s job and alsace wines.
